Rick Morris has been running for 45 years and has been fortunate enough to win numerous age group awards as well as several overall awards. Rick began coaching in 1995 and have coached many individual runners as well as a junior olympic teams. Rick is the author of for books, including: Freshman Running, Marathon Countdown, Bear Naked Strength Training for Distance Runners and Treadmill Training for others. Rick has authored numerous articles in running and fitness publications.
